There is also an order form.  Basic edition is $19.95.  A directory’s edition that includes 10 documents from Pope JP II, the Vatican and the US bishops related to the diaconate (on CD) is $24.95.  The print edition is 240 pages.  (Order form also has some other deacon-related publications.)
